By ordering from us you accept these terms.

Personal data

BRG is responsible for and processes your personal data in accordance with current legislation.

Order & Payment

Web shop.
We confirm your order via e-mail. When you have received the confirmation, you pay with Swish or Bankgiro, which can be found on your confirmation and on the website. You must be 18 years of age to be able to order from us. Companies can apply for invoice payment.

Delivery
Once we have received your payment, we will deliver according to the information you provided. If anything is unclear, we will contact you. Delivery takes place by post or courier, directly to your home or to an agent. It is also possible to pick up at our office, contact us at info@blueredgold.com

For unredeemed packages, we charge a fee of SEK 295 to cover shipping costs as well as administration and the extra work that comes with these cases.

Complaint
Checking the item before we send it is a matter of course. We always do our best to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with what you order. If, despite this, you are not satisfied, contact us immediately at info@blueredgold.com. Please attach pictures and information about what you are not satisfied with, as well as name and social security number. If the product is found to be fault-free after our examination, we may charge a fault-finding fee. If it is a transport damage; take a photo of the damage and immediately contact the carrier or delivery point.

Please note, our return policy is applicable only to unopened products.

Return
You bear the risk for the item, therefore pack it well in the original packaging and also in shipping packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost for a return to us.
