We break new ground in building the world's first large scale facility for automated production of saffron in a controlled indoor environment.


Beginnings
BlueRedGold
BlueRedGold AB was founded in Stockholm in 2021 after 4 years of research and production tests.
The first industrial controlled indoor production and full year cycle of saffron were delivered in Åkers Styckebruk in 2022.
Robotics and automation development started in 2022.
We sell online, through retailers within the restaurant and food industry, or via local entrepreneurs and gourmet partners.
On the market now
Sales since 2022
BlueRedGold already has a functioning controlled environment production facility, and in 2022 we established our first commercial partnerships and sales.
